He completed his undergraduate collegiate studies at Appalachian State University located Boone, North Carolina, graduating with a B.S. in Political Science in 1999. Mr. Pollard continued his studies at the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law located in Richmond, Virginia, graduating with the degree of Juris Doctor in 2003.

After being admitted to the Virginia

State Bar the next year, Mr. Pollard worked for the Office of the Public Defender for the City of Roanoke, Virginia. After 3 years, Mr. Pollard became the Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Salem, Virginia, where he worked as a prosecutor for 5 years. Mr. Pollard joined the Law Offices of Harry F. Bosen, Jr., P.C. in 2013.
